Assistant: Customer Services

Do you enjoy working with members of the public?  Do you have excellent communication skills?  Do you stay calm when working in a busy environment?

An opportunity has arisen to join our Customer Hub team.  This post has a high degree of contact with both our external and internal customers covering a wide variety of tasks.

Experience of customer services and administration is essential and the post holder must have excellent numeric and data entry skills. 

You will be based at St Mary’s Library, the Town Hall and the Carn Gwaval Wellbeing Centre and will be required to work some shifts during evenings and weekends.
