An opportunity has arisen to join our Customer Hub team. This post is the first point of contact for visitors to the Council of the Isles of Scilly and has a high degree of contact with both our external and internal customers covering a wide variety of tasks. It is an excellent introduction to the Council as a whole and gives a good grounding for progression into other roles as and when they become available.
Experience of customer services and administration is essential and the post holder must have excellent numeric and data entry skills.
You will be based at St Mary’s Library, and the Carn Gwaval Wellbeing Centre and will be required to work some shifts during evenings and weekends.
