The council of the Isles of Scilly are looking to recruit a full time Residential Care Assistant, the post holder will provide care and support to residents living at Park House residential home. You will be responsible for ensuring that residents are assisted to achieve the outcomes set out in their personalised care plan and you will work in accordance with Care Quality Commission standards and Health and Safety regulations to ensure that a high level of care is delivered. There are some accommodation options available.
