GO EV Project Manager Fixed term to June 2021
Are you a project manager with experience of delivering challenging community based projects?


This is a unique opportunity to work on an innovative project in an outstanding natural environment.

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to manage and deliver an innovative low carbon transport solution for the Islands, known as the GO-EV SMart project, part of the Smart Islands Programme.

This project is part funded by European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and Growth Deal, and compliments the Hitachi Europe Ltd Smart Energy Islands project.

The Project Manager will have overall responsibility, including day to day delivery of the project including working with project delivery partners Hitachi Europe Ltd. You will be responsible for working with a range of stakeholders, including the Smart Islands Partnership, to ensure the successful and compliant delivery of this project. You will need to be process driven, a skilled communicator and able to think strategically whilst negotiating with a range of stakeholders. Meeting project deadlines, budgets and funding requirements are critical to the success of this role.
