The key areas relating to this post are the operation of effective learning and development processes and procedures, supporting staff and managers in the Council working closely with the Senior Leadership Team and support decision making through the provision of high quality advice, guidance and information.

The post holder will be responsible for the effective delivery of learning and development working closely with the Learning & Library services to provide the highest quality and best value.
