Extending our customer service points and opening times

From Monday 3 July 2017 you will be able to make payments for all council services (except for housing rent) from our reception point at Carn Gwaval (sports centre). You will also be able to apply for a new bus pass from this location.

This extension to our customer services will offer an additional and more convenient location for many in the community and also marks a significant extension to our opening times for many council transactions. You can make payments during the following times, which now includes weekends:

Monday to Friday: 12noon to 7:30pm
Saturday and Sunday: 10am to 1pm

Monday to Friday: 9am to 4pm

Please note that whilst you can hand in forms such as licensing applications over the weekend and evenings after 4.00 pm, the date of receipt by the department will be the following working day. Please bear this in mind when preparing your submission.
