4pm to 8:30pm, 23 December 2015.
Roads Affected
The Bank, Hugh Street, Silver Street, Garrison Lane from its junction with Hugh Street to its junction with Back Lane, and The Parade from its junction with Hugh Street to No. 4 The Parade inclusive.
