The Local Offer is a key component of the Government’s Children and Families Act (2014) which requires local authorities to publish information on services and provision across education, health and social care for children and young people aged 0 – 25, and in particular for those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

If you are unable to access the Local Offer electronically please visit the One Stop Shop of the Council of the Isles of Scilly. They will be able to make arrangements for you to receive a hard copy of the Local Offer.
