Chairman of the Council of the Isles of Scilly, Cllr Robert Francis, has thanked the community, health and support workers and Council workers for the response to the current situation in a video message. Cllr Francis urged the community to continue to follow measures and advice designed to protect us and re-iterated the Council's dedication to supporting the community throughout this time.
