The Contract concerns the recycling of green waste from Porthmellon Waste Management Site, St Marys at an environmentally compliant site.
The contractor will be expected to accept regular deliveries of green waste for composting or another form of recycling at a site that meets the requirements of the Environment Agency either through a permit or exemption.
