The Council of the Isles of Scilly has approved a further round of public consultation on the Draft Isles of Scilly Local Plan 2015 - 2030, ahead of submission to the Secretary of State.
This is expected to be the final round of consultation and is an opportunity for the public to comment on the latest version of the plan as revised following the last round of consultation in 2018.
In accordance with regulation 19 of the local planning regulations 2012, the Council is required to seek the views of the community on whether this is a sound and legally compliant local plan.
The consultation will run from Friday 2 August 2019 for 6 weeks. The Submission deadline for commenting on the consultation documents is 5pm on Friday 13 September 2019.
