Officer - Assets and Property

We have an exciting job opportunity for an Officer: Assets and Property. Working under the direction of the Head of Asset Management and Development, you will support in preparing, reviewing and monitoring the corporate assets strategy and will play a key role in the management and maintenance of our corporate property.

Role Responsibilities:

  • To assist in the efficient and effective delivery of implementing, coordinating and maintaining the management of the Council’s corporate property
  • Taking responsibility in continuing the rolling program of asset condition surveys and work programs for all of the Council’s assets and infrastructure
  • Ensuring a high standard of records are kept of any issues, risks and decisions for the Council’s assets and corporate properties

 The successful candidate should have experience of property management or a willingness to study.

Proven successful delivery of administrating and operating local authority assets to achieve objectives would be desirable.
