I am writing on behalf of the Council of the Isles of Scilly to inform you of a change to the way we will be conducting our purchasing methods going forward. The date that the changes will take effect from is 1st August 2021
The changes that will impact on you are that you will receive:
- Automated notifications of tenders that may be of interest to you
- Electronic receipt and sending of Questionnaires, Tenders and Quotations.
All of our purchasing activity will be conducted through a web based tool which does not impact on your IT systems.
You are required to register an account for free as a New supplier on the tool via the Proactis portal environment which is https://procontract.due-north.com
There is NO charge for registering an account on the portal environment, however, to take part in any of our purchasing activities going forward from the mentioned date, you must have an account registered on the portal.
If you are already registered on this portal, please ensure you log in and update your profile if required to ensure your account is up to date.
There are user guides and a help desk to assist you with the registration process and throughout the time that you are active on the portal.
