Planning application: P/22/018/ROV

Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission P/18/031/FUL (Part (4) - Formation of external seating areas and new ballustrade to hotel rooms and hotel lounge) in order to to alter the fenestration of hotel rooms 30, 31 & 32 including amendments to landscaping detail.

Original scheme was approved under application number P/18/031/FUL and subsequently amended under application number P/19/037/ROV. The decision notices and apporved plans for each application are attached in the document section of this page.

In the event an appeal is made against a decision of the Council to refuse to grant planning permission for the proposed development, and that appeal then proceeds by way of expedited procedure under the ‘written representations’ procedure, any representations made to the Council about this application will be passed to the Secretary of State and there will be no opportunity to make further representations.
