St Mary's public meeting rescheduled for 17 November 2022

[UPDATE 09/11/22: the time of the meeting has now been changed to 1.30pm - 3pm on Thursday, 17 November 2022]

On 9 September we announced that the public meetings which had been scheduled across all five islands had been postponed due to the national period of mourning following the announcement of the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. We are pleased to announce that we have now rescheduled the first of the meetings, which will take place in the Wesleyan Chapel on St Mary's from 1.30pm - 3pm on Thursday, 17 November 2022

Public meetings are an opportunity for the Chairman and Vice-Chairman, supported by their fellow Members of Council and the Chief Executive, to tell the community about current Council activity, as well as our plans for the year ahead. Attendees will be encouraged to provide feedback and share ideas about what the Council may wish to consider in addition.

We hope to be able to hold the meetings on Bryher, Tresco, St Agnes and St Martins before the end of the current financial year, with details of the times and venues to be confirmed in the coming weeks.

If you have any questions about accessing the meetings, or would like to submit a question for consideration at a particular meeting, please email council@scilly.gov.uk

We look forward to seeing you there.
