This is a development role, giving you the opportunity to earn recognised qualifications, including lifeguarding, first aid, and gym instructor—while gaining hands‑on experience in our leisure facilities.

As part of the team, you will help deliver a wide range of activities that support positive health outcomes across our community. You’ll offer practical support to help people become more active, make healthier choices, and build long‑term wellbeing habits.

Your energy and encouragement will play a key part in motivating and empowering individuals to make real, lasting changes.
