Dementia Friends

Christine Sherringham, Regional Support Officer, Dementia Friends,gives a 1 hour information session about dementia/dementia friends. 

This is not dementia training, but an interactive hour to help people understand 5 key messages about dementia and to address some of the stigma and fear associated with the word.  Everyone who attends the session is asked to commit to an action that will help to create a more dementia friendly community.
