An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a new Duty Crew/Fire Fighter at St. Mary’s Airport who, as part of a team, will carry out rescue, firefighting and ancillary duties (including baggage handling) to ensure the safe operation of the Airport.
Full Training will be given.
The successful applicant will need to attend an initial off-island training course, beginning on 6 January 2025 for a period of 5 weeks.
Please Note: Appointment in this role is subject to possession of a Current Full UK driving licence or obtaining a Full UK Driving Licence within 12 months of commencement of the role.

This role is on a 32.7 annualised hours contract. (you will be required to work on a rota basis at approximately 37 hours per week from March - October and 24 hours per week from November to February)
