Facilities Maintenance Operative

An opportunity has arisen within the Councils’ Corporate Property unit. The successful applicant will join a small but dedicated with an opportunity to learn and develop facilities maintenance and caretaking skills needed within corporate properties. The role will enable maintenance of the Councils’ corporate assets which may include corporate property, commercial property, public conveniences, housing stock and open spaces.

An electric vehicle will be provided for travel between sites during working hours.

The ideal candidate will have experience of facilities maintenance, basic caretaking duties and have the ability to work unsupervised. 

Please note that this post requires some activities to be completed outside of normal office hours.
