Cllr Robert Francis, Chairman of Council, said: “As Councillors, we are always looking for ways to encourage further discussion with the community about the Council’s involvement in and influence on life on the islands. Public meetings are an ideal way for everyone to share their views with us and contribute their ideas so we can take them into account when making decisions about the Council’s work. This year, we’ve made changes to the times of the meetings in the hope that more of you can attend and the discussions can be even more constructive. We want to meet and hear from as many members of the community as possible, so please help us spread the word and encourage your friends and family to come along.”
