Each year the statement of accounts for the Council of the Isles of Scilly is made available for public inspection. Any person interested has the opportunity to inspect and make copies of the accounts and all books, deeds, contracts, bills, vouchers and receipts etc. relating to them at the offices at which they are normally kept, or otherwise by arrangement.
