The Council's glass and can recycling banks can no longer be hosted in the car park at Old Town Inn and will be moved in the coming weeks to the area at the bottom of the airport footpath on Ennor Close.
A notice will be displayed on the banks asking people to avoid depositing glass and cans in the early morning or late evening so as to minimise any disturbance to nearby residents.
We hope you will support the relocation of the banks to an area where the Old Town community can continue to make full use of them. However, as with all waste issues, we welcome your feedback.
