Council of the Isles of Scilly Scrutiny Committee consultation regarding coronavirus

The council recognises that the coronavirus pandemic has had significant impacts on the islands’ economy, council service delivery and on people’s health and wellbeing.

We have launched a consultation to gather information from individuals, businesses and other organisations to help inform the way forward for the islands.

This is an email-based consultation and your comments will not be identified as belonging to you. Instead they will be combined with those gathered from other respondents and analysed as part of a group.

QUESTIONS

  1. How do you feel about the way the coronavirus pandemic is being handled on the Isles of Scilly?
  2. Do you have any concerns about the easing of lockdown measures by government?
  3. What would help Scilly to recover economically in the coming months?
  4. Do you consent to us using the answers to the above 3 questions and holding your personal information in accordance with the attached privacy policy?

To participate, please send your reply to one or more of the following questions to scrutiny@scilly.gov.uk. Please make sure you read the accompanying privacy statement before responding. The consultation will remain open until midday on Monday 1 June 2020.

We will use the results of this consultation to inform debate at a Special Meeting of Scrutiny Committee on 10 June 2020.
