The Strategic Economic Plan was funded by the Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) and Defra.
The purpose of the plan is to identify and initiate projects eligible for funding by organisations such as the LEP, EU & Local Growth Fund, Local Action Group and Rural Development Programme for England.
Without such a plan it is very difficult to make the case for investment.
