The Council has commissioned Cornwall Community Land Trust (CCLT) to assist in the formation of a community group on the Isles of Scilly with the purpose of supporting housing delivery. This group will assist in identifying barriers and finding solutions to the delivery of homes for local people.
CCLT are now seeking an enthusiastic group of local residents who are passionate about driving housing delivery forward to meet the long-term housing needs of our islands. As one of the most progressive and successful community land trusts in England, CCLT aim to utilise their experience in empowering local communities and delivering permanently affordable homes.
We are interested in hearing from anyone within the community who has strong views on these issues, regardless of their personal housing circumstances.
