The Council is selling approximately 0.04 acres of land at Jerusalem Terrace by sealed bid. The land is surrounded by residential properties but is also close to commercial use properties, and the main retail area of Hugh Town.
The small parcel of amenity land is located behind a tall granite stone boundary wall and adjacent to an electricity sub-station. It is sold with a covenant for use as public walks and pleasure grounds.
