Local Authority tenants should have received their Local Authority Landlord Tenant Satisfaction Survey through the post in recent days. Government requires registered providers of social housing to collect information relating to their performance against tenant satisfaction measures. In addition to satisfying this requirement, responses to this survey will help to shape our social housing service by establishing a benchmark for service standards against which we can measure improvements. Thank you to everyone who has already responded.
How to respond to the survey
If you haven't already submitted a response, you can do so online by typing in the web address provided in your survey letter or by filling out the paper copy enclosed with your letter. Completed hardcopy survey responses can either be dropped into the Library on St Mary's during opening hours, or posted to the following address:
Housing Department
Council of the Isles of Scilly
Town Hall
St Mary’s
Isles of Scilly
TR21 0LW
The survey should take about 5 minutes to complete and all responses must be received by the council before 12pm on Thursday, 8 June 2023.
Please be assured that we will not be able to identify you or the property from your survey response, so you can provide honest feedback with confidence that the data will be handled anonymously.
If you have not received, or have misplaced, your survey letter, or have any questions for the social housing team, please email housing@scilly.gov.uk
How the survey results will be communicated
Once the results have been analysed, the data will be published on the social housing page of our website. The results will be used to benchmark standards and shape our social housing service improvement plan.
