MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009
APPLICATION FOR ST MARY'S DIRECT SEAWATER INTAKE
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Isles of Scilly has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to deposit a pontoon and mooring to house a saline pump, from which a pipe will run ashore. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at the Town Hall.
Copies of the application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at www.gov.uk/check-marine-licence-register.
Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to robin.snaith@marinemanagement.org.uk, within 7 days of 29th July 2015, quoting reference MLA/2015/00223.
The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
