  1. Nomination papers must be delivered to the Deputy Returning Officer in The Town Hall, St Mary’s on any day after the date of this notice, on Monday to Friday 9.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. (excluding bank holidays) but no later than 4.00 pm on Friday 17 October 2014.

  2. Nomination papers may be obtained from the offices of the Deputy Returning Officer, The Town Hall, St Mary’s from Thursday 9 October 2014 during the times stated above.

  3. If any election is contested the poll will take place on Thursday 13 November 2014

  4. Applications to join the Register, amendments or cancellations of postal votes must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at The Town Hall, St Mary’s by 5 p.m. on Thursday 28 October 2014

  5. Applications to vote by proxy at this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at The Town Hall, St Mary’s by 5 p.m. on Wednesday 5 November 2014

  6. Applications to vote by proxy at this election applied for on grounds of physical incapacity, where that physical incapacity occurred after 5 p.m. on 5 November 2014 must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at The Town Hall, St Mary’s by 5 p.m. on 13 November 2014
