Where to find information about health services on the islands
The NHS has created an Isles of Scilly health information webpage containing lots of helpful information about health services on the islands. We encourage both residents and visitors to refer to this page when seeking information about accessing health services from the Isles of Scilly.

Stopping Smoking Support:
We have an allocated, dedicated Healthy Cornwall advisor to Scilly who manages all referrals so there is a single point of contact for residents.
You can refer yourself to the virtual service using the contact options detailed here: Contact us - Healthy Cornwall.
If you don't want the support of an advisor there is information and support available in other ways, including :
- Via the Healthy Cornwall website: Smokefree Cornwall - Healthy Cornwall
- An automated text message service. People just need to text ‘SMOKEFREE’ to 82228 and over the next month they will receive a series of automated texts sent to their phone which aim to support a quit attempt with tips, advice, tools and motivational support.
- Access to a Facebook group for peer support: Cornwall's Stop Smoking Support Community | Facebook
Mental Health Support:
If you are worried about your own or someone else’s mental health call the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly 24/7 NHS mental health response line on 0800 038 5300. It's free to access by anyone, any age, any time, day or night.
