We’re aware that some householders and businesses on the islands have received a letter from the Council which was addressed to the wrong name.
This letter was sent out last week and contained information about changes to waste services. It also promoted an online waste service survey.
We apologise for this error and are taking measures to reduce the risk of anything similar happening again. However, please be reassured that the letters were sent to the correct addresses, so if you have received one you can still use the survey link to contribute your views before the deadline at 5pm on Sunday 25 August 2024.
