Islands View is a modern, purpose-designed care home serving the Isles of Scilly community. We provide residential, respite and domiciliary care, supporting people to live comfortably, safely and with dignity. Our home has been developed to reflect the unique needs of island life, offering a locally delivered, responsive service that aims to keep people close to their community, family and support networks whenever possible. However, please be aware that all services are subject to a needs assessment and are limited by staffing capacity and bed availability.

What We Offer
We offer a flexible range of care services designed to meet individual needs and support people to live as independently as possible.
Residential Care
- 24-hour support in a safe and comfortable environment
- Personalised care and support plans
Care at Home (Domiciliary Care)
- Flexible support delivered across the islands
- Helping people remain independent in their own homes
Please note we are currently unable to deliver overnight care in residents' own homes.
Respite Care
- Short stays following illness or hospital discharge
- Support for carers needing an overnight or extended break
- Opportunity to experience care before making long-term decisions
Please note that Islands View does not offer day care and all of our residential beds are currently full, with a waiting list in place.
A Joined Up Approach to Care
Islands View is part of a new, integrated model of care on the Isles of Scilly. While remaining a residential care home, it benefits from close proximity to hospital and primary care services, supporting the development of a joined‑up approach between the Council of the Isles of Scilly and Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
