Latest Licensing Applications

Below is a list of our most recent licensing applications.Once the deadline for any Representations has passed the applications will be removed. Although every effort has been made to update this register on a daily basis, if you are aware that an application has been made but does not appear on this list then please do not hesitate to contact us.

Interested parties include any individuals, bodies or businesses entitled to make representations in respect of an application for a new or variation to a premises licence regardless of their geographical proximity, provided that their comments relate to one or more of the 4 licensing objectives:

  1. prevention of crime and disorder
  2. prevention of public nuisance
  3. public safety
  4. protection of children from harm

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale.
