Want to be involved in the Isles of Scilly Local Plan review process?

We are required to review our Local Plan every 5 years. The current Local Plan for the Isles of Scilly was adopted in March 2021 and we are now starting the review process.

If you would like to be notified about Local Plan matters directly, you can add yourself to our Local Plan Consultation Database by filling out the form at the following link:  https://forms.office.com/e/XRd4kdbxTn

Everyone who adds themselves to this database will be notified whenever we carry out any consultation. The form takes 2 minutes to complete.

Why it’s important to have your say on the Local Plan

The Local Plan is a vital document that will shape how the Isles of Scilly grow and change over the next 15 years. It sets out where homes, businesses, and community facilities can go, how we protect our environment, and how we respond to challenges like climate change and housing needs.

This is your opportunity to help guide the future of our islands. Your views, experiences, and ideas are essential to making sure the plan reflects what matters most to our community. By getting involved now, you can help ensure the islands remain a special place to live, work, and visit.

Please help us spread the word and encourage your friends and family to sign up now!
