Temporary Vehicle Permit

The form should be completed by anyone who would like to apply for a Temporary Vehicle permit to dispose of household waste, using a commercial vehicle, at the Porthmellon Waste & Recycling Site. This permit is valid for up to 12 visits within a 12 month period.

Commercial Vehicle Permit
|
This form should be completed by anyone who would like to apply for a commercial permit to dispose of commercial waste at the Porthmellon Waste & Recycling Site. Please note their is a fee attached to this, and three choices: 1 month, 8 months, or 1 year.

| Household Sack Request Form | This form should be completed by council tax paying householders (that do not produce commercial waste) that wish to place an order for recycling sacks. |

Commercial Sack Request Form
|
This form should be completed by businesses that produce commercial waste (including self-catering holiday lets) that wish to place an order for waste/recycling sacks.

Skip Application Form
|
This form is for anyone who would like to apply for permission to place a skip on the public highway. Please note there is a fee attached to this application.

Assisted Collection
|
This form is for residents who are unable to transport their bins/bags to the boundary of their property/kerbside because of ill health, infirmity, or disability and without other occupants in the household able to assist them (16 years or over).
