Draft Local Plan 2015 - 2030 Public Consultation (Regulation 18)

At Full Council on the 22 February 2018 Members of the Council of the Isles of Scilly approved the public consultation of the Draft Local Plan.  A public consultation on the Draft Local Plan 2015 - 2030 (Regulation 18) commenced on:

Friday 16 March for 7 weeks. The Submission deadline for commenting on the Consultation Documents will be until: 5pm Friday 11 May 2018

A list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) has been produced but if you have any questions then please email us at: planning@scilly.gov.uk

The below Consultation Documents will be available at our deposit venues, during the consultation period, at the following locations:

We will be visiting all island communities during this consultation period and you can drop by any time during the hours stated below.  These are scheduled for April 2018 at:

  • St Agnes: Wednesday 4 April 3.30pm - 7pm at the Island Hall
  • St Mary's, Old Town: Thursday 5 April 3.30pm - 7pm at the Old Town Inn
  • St Martins: Friday 6 April 3.30 - 7pm at the Island Hall
  • St Mary's, Hugh Town: Saturday 7 April 9.30am - 1pm at the Town Hall
  • ​Bryher: Monday 9 April 3.30pm - 7pm at the Community Hall
  • Tresco: Tuesday 10 April 3.30pm - 7pm at the Community Hall
