Our Social Housing Allocations Policy and Housing Prioritisation Assessment are currently under review and a number of changes have been proposed following consultation with Councillors and stakeholders. The proposed changes are shown in the draft documents attached to the right-hand side of this page.
We are now inviting members of the public to have their say on the proposed changes over a 12-week consultation period from 28 November 2024 – 20 February 2025.
Consultation on the proposed changes
If you would like to respond to the consultation, please read the Social Housing Allocations Policy and Housing Prioritisation Assessment and then complete the survey at the following link:
The deadline for online responses is midnight on Thursday 20 February 2025.
Paper copies of the survey can also be collected from St Mary’s Library or Carn Gwaval Wellbeing Centre. Please make sure the completed surveys are returned to either reception point by the close of play on Thursday 20 February to ensure they can be taken into account.
This survey is intended to be anonymous, so please do not include any information which may identify you. Please email housing@scilly.gov.uk separately if you would like to provide additional feedback which would identify you.
