Following consultations responses and consideration by Officer's, additional documentation and plans have been provided for this proposal. The majority of the amendments, clarifications or additional details relate to waste management, drainage and highways. The general layout and appearance of proposed buildings and number of units remains the same with a small reduction in overall height of buildings fronting Telegraph Road. A complete set of plans and documents for the proposal can be found on the new webapge P/24/028/FUL-A. All existing representations, consultation responses and other correspondence remain on this page but new comments will be placed on the new page.
